The interpretation examples that we are suggesting are very far from being exhaustive : they only show and outline a general frame describing the issues of the aspect. They should therefore not be taken literally. Each being brings indeed its own responses, more or less original, to the questions raised by an aspect. There is no magic formula. Through using the R.E.T. and the Theory of Ages and combining logic, observation and imagination, you will be able to develop a thousand other possible meanings, a thousand other variations on the same theme.
“Small e” issue (intensive existence). How to blend switching from the unique to the duo-duel (Venus ‘eR’) with maintaining duos and duels (Mars ‘eE’)? How to operate together a skin-deep sentimentality and a pressing need for action? How to stay charming and appealing while being frank and realistic? This aspect excludes levels ‘r’ (decisive willpower), ‘T’ (prospective imagination) and ‘t’ (cold critical thinking).
You are good at embodying, bringing to life and concretizing the images and desires that inhabit you. Sensual and sensory, seductive and active, you intend to live your emotional and carnal passions with total frankness. You always feel ready to love or hate live, point-blank, without pretense or justification. You express frankly and vigorously your likes and dislikes, likes and dislikes, which, to be epidermal, are nonetheless struck with the seal of a strong realism. You charm and seduce with your fighting spirit, your dynamism, your sense of movement. Your aesthetic sense of sounds, shapes and colors is expressed through your concrete, living and material vision of beings and things. You are compassionate, sharing, you have a good heart and you put your taste for struggles and confrontations at the service of what moves you, what provokes violent affective emotions in you.
Balanced dissonance : you switch alternately from a skin-deep sentimentality (Venus) to a pressing need for action (Mars), without being able to bring yourself to choose. Depending on whether one or the other function dominates in your experience, you can adopt the following attitudes :
If and when Venus dominates : you have powerful desires and temptations, but are reluctant to work hard to materialize them. You believe that your desires should be satisfied without you having to take action, and especially without any obstacle standing in the way of your wishes. You find it difficult to consider the objects of your attachments for what they really are, prisoner that you are of images and received ideas that you would like to see materialize as if by magic. As soon as your heart is solicited, you lack realism. Voluptuous and capricious, you can’t stand it when your affective partners resist you, and willingly use emotional blackmail (charm, seduction, tears, etc.) to achieve your goals at the cost of the least effort. You can also be a gentle, delicate and tender aesthete who shuns concrete realities, which are considered too coarse.
If and when Mars dominates : frank, brutal, impatient to act, to confront beings, things and situations, you consider yourself dispensed from any delicate attention. Your insane dynamism, your wild activism make you deaf and blind to the affective expectations of others. The theater of your heart, of your friendly or romantic duets, is a battlefield, a permanent duel, governed by power relations excluding tenderness, compassion, sweet and beautiful feelings. Rudeness outweighs grace with you. Your frankness without frills and without regard for the sensitivity of others prevents you from realizing that you are words that hurt, words that kill. Taken up by what you are doing right now, by your mechanical activities, you no longer know how to be moved by the beauty of things. Boorish and rough-hewn, you are the opposite of the voluptuous Prince Charming.
If you learned to control this dissonance, you know that there is a time for indulging in your liking for pure action and a time for experiencing your loves, emotions and feelings, and know how to flawlessly alternate these two functions.
If you managed to sublimate this dissonance, you have deliberately sacrificed any carnal or emotional attachment for the sake of the concrete battles in which you feel involved ; or you have abdicated any fruitless and thoughtless frenzy of activity in favour of tender and voluptuous feelings.
