The interpretation examples that we are suggesting are very far from being exhaustive : they only show and outline a general frame describing the issues of the aspect. They should therefore not be taken literally. Each being brings indeed its own responses, more or less original, to the questions raised by an aspect. There is no magic formula. Through using the R.E.T. and the Theory of Ages and combining logic, observation and imagination, you will be able to develop a thousand other possible meanings, a thousand other variations on the same theme.
“Small r” issue (intensive representation). How to blend maintaining the absolute unique (Sun ‘rR’) with switching from the duo-duel to the unique (Jupiter ‘rE’)? How to operate together a passionate involvement and an ambitious pragmatism? How to maintain one’s certainties while building an exemplary way of life? This aspect excludes levels ‘e’ (affective sensoriality), ‘T’ (prospective imagination) and ‘t’ (cold critical thinking).
You have a very high idea of your function and the role you play in your sphere of activity. Voluntary, ambitious, determined, you know how to appear and impose yourself without making waves, thanks to your art of speech, your quest for recognition and exemplarity, your talents as a parliamentarian or diplomat. Pragmatic, realistic, organized and sure of yourself, you like to make yourself the figurehead of the general interest. Balanced dissonance : you switch alternately from maintaining your certainties (Sun) to an ambitious pragmatism (Jupiter), without being able to bring yourself to choose. Depending on whether one or the other function dominates in your experience, you can adopt the following attitudes :
If and when the Sun dominates : you intend to be in every way worthy of praise, respect, consideration. You tirelessly claim a public esteem which seems to you your due. You impose yourself as if your rank and your value should be recognized without your making the slightest effort to adapt to the rules of the game of social life, as if his skills were so obvious that they could do without the sanction of facts. The firm principles or noble ideals to which you refer and cling desperately prevent you from fully living the ambitions that torment and obsess you. You may then be tempted to play the role of the untouchable moral authority, solemnly criticizing mediocre opportunism and the necessary compromises. Your intangible certainties ignore the pragmatic lessons of experience. The slightest diplomatic concession seems to you an outrage to your dignity.
If and when Jupiter dominates : you are so obsessed with the defense of your material interests, the development of your career plan and the satisfaction of your unbridled ambitions that you forget all nobility, all principles, all ideals. A brilliant conversationalist, flatterer or despotic depending on the circumstances, your shameless opportunism makes you a counter-example of good citizenship. The facade of respectability that you intend to maintain does not hide the little regard you give to individuals when your interest is at stake. Suffering from the syndrome of the “new rich”, you parade, boast and display your status without any concern for distinction. In a less dramatic register, you can be so well adapted to the laws and rules of your social environment that you completely forget to be your own model, to defend the rights of your individuality against the weight of conformity.
If you learned to control this dissonance, you know that there is a time for the satisfaction of your concrete ambitions and a time for maintaining your convictions, and know how to flawlessly alternate these two functions.
If you managed to sublimate this dissonance, you have deliberately sacrificed acquiring any shallow certainties for the sake of the management of your pragmatic interests ; or you have abdicated any material and social opportunism in favour of reliable models and rules.

La décision de ne traiter dans ce livre que des significations planétaires ne repose pas sur une sous-estimation du rôle des Signes du zodiaque et des Maisons.
